Now you all probably know by now that our Grandma has impeccable taste when it comes to style,
but we bet you didn't know she's also one of the most fabulous cooks we've ever met! This week
we tried our hand at one of our favorites from Grandma's top secret recipe box: cheesecake!
We must say, for out first attempt, it was SO delicious! We learned from the best!
The recipe will remain secret, but you can all salivate over the finished product! ;)
Bear with these grainy pictures, the weather is killllling the lighting in our house! I even had to pull out the point-and-shoot camera. I guess two Canons are better than one! Tomorrow's sun should fix things right up.
For those of you who follow us on Twitter, you may already know that last week we branched out into the world of Tumblr! Think of it as a "sorelle in style's greatest hits," with some never-before-seen goodies thrown in the mix.

Enjoy your little trip down our sartorial memory lane! ;)
Hope everyone had a great weekend! Mine involved lots of reading, shopping, baseball,
errands, and a night out with lovey where I wore this. Don't you love tortoise accessories?
I'm holding on to these last few days before the temperature dips into the 50s with my open-toe wedges.
Not that I'll retire them for the winter, I'll just have to warm them up with some tights!
Lovey's a bit of a health freak, so when I'm at his house, I'm always fishing out the most sugar-filled treats in his cabinet (which is typically some sort of dried fruit. read: prunes). This is no bueno for a dessert fiend like me.
Luckily, I have an ally - lovey's sister! She was home from college this weekend and baked up these deeeelicious treats. They were the perfect blend of sweet and savory - I just had to bake them up myself!
Yes, pretzels in a cookie mix. Trust me, you will love them.

Today was a perfect Fall day - sun, wind, and the streets in our neighborhood are already covered with leaves!
I love the change of season and the beautiful colors it brings <3
In theory, I love the high boot, cutoff jean combo, but when I look at these pictures, my legs are looking a little vertically challenged.. Nothing was stopping me from wearing these tights, even if it meant shorter legs! They look so "Fall" to me - how do you like them!?
A few weeks ago, Sally sat for her senior portraits (she's all grown up, *tear*)!
Before every school picture we've ever taken, our Mommy would take pictures of us so we could "practice" our smiles (we would really ham it up for the camera when we were little!), and this year was no exception!
Picture day outfit selection is always a tough process being that you're forever immortalized in a yearbook.
But we think Sally made the right choice with Ralph Lauren ;)
What was your all-time favorite picture day outfit?!
